Conscious Vibe is a rapper with a stone cold delivery and a battle-hardened flow. In his latest single, he drops more raps about life’s hustles, the viciousness of his surroundings, and street spirituality. “The devil trying to snatch my soul. Trying to maintain myself before I lose control.” There is no finish line in Vibe’s world, only keeping your head above water. “Radicalized mindset with a revolutionary concept. The beat by Pryo includes descending drab piano chords and high pitch-shifted vocal samples zipping around, giving a dreary feeling of introspection. The 808 bass and hi-hat hissing create fluid syncopation that drives the song further. This is a rapper/producer duo that we hope to see more of on the upcoming album.
